We want you to be fully satisfied with your BrewDog purchase, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-food items or damaged goods. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a claim or return for a full refund.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
